Know more about Parth's experience at Columbia: "At Columbia Law School, I have strategically designed my coursework to refine my expertise at the intersection of Corporate and Commercial Law, International Human Rights, and American Judicialism. My academic pursuits delve into the evolving jurisprudence surrounding taxation, legislative frameworks, and regulatory policies, equipping me with the tools to navigate complex legal structures with a nuanced perspective. My primary focus lies in understanding intricate legal issues in corporate transactions, commercial payments, and financial regulation. In these areas, I integrate my litigation experience with an advanced understanding of business law and governance, particularly in addressing how big players and corporate giants often violate legal boundaries. I am deeply interested in exploring the most effective ways to uphold the justice and sovereignty of the law in such contexts. Columbia University is renowned globally for its excellence in Corporate Law, and the opportunity to learn from its distinguished professors and faculty is a privilege. By bridging corporate legal frameworks with human rights principles and financial policy, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the evolving discourse on global regulatory systems and economic justice. This interdisciplinary approach not only strengthens my legal acumen but also aligns with my commitment to fostering a more equitable and just legal landscape."
