Parth Singh is an Ivy League-educated Attorney with a formidable record in both India and the United States. Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of India and with admission pending to the New York Bar, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University. Mr. Singh possesses the rare distinction of having served as one of the youngest judicial law clerks ever appointed by the office of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, a testament to his exceptional legal acumen. His practice is centered on high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, complemented by deep expertise in International Law and Human Rights. His elite academic foundation was built at India's premier law schools having quadruple masters, including the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), NALSAR University of Law, Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), and O.P. Jindal Global University (JGLS). His previous works have been published in Scopus- Index journal and Cambridge University. He has received Parker Certificate of Achievement which is a recognition of achievement in international and comparative law.
