Ivy League Graduate · Attorney (India) · Columbia Law School LL.M., 2025 Licensed by New York State Supreme Court as Legal Consultant (India)

Parth Singh’s relationship with the Office of Advocate Partap Singh has included of-counsel, senior associate and principal associate roles across Indian litigation and the period surrounding his Columbia LL.M.
The first office role began in June 2021. The Supreme Court clerkship, September 2021–September 2022, falls within this period and has its own judicial-research chapter.
The Chandigarh role sits within the broader Indian litigation record, which includes civil writs, criminal bail applications and dispute management.
The designation changed to principal associate in February 2024. An education break from July 2024 to July 2025 surrounds the Columbia LL.M. year.
The subsequent entry is senior of counsel in international law. The New York appointment at Ramseyer & Associates began separately in August 2025.
The selected bibliography includes constitutional and criminal-procedure commentaries as well as peer-reviewed journal articles. The Electoral Bonds commentary credits Partap Singh, Parth Singh and Manav Sharma, in that order.
